The hotel was clean and looked newly renovated. Check in was fast and easy. The lady who checked us in named “Cate” was kind, professional, and efficient. Eleanore the Night Auditor was also personable and polite. Eleanore had great customer service skills and is an asset to the hotel. Check out was also fast and easy. Well done team.
